Leadership challenges rarely arrive with a complete explanation. We encounter behaviour, make judgements, form interpretations and decide how to respond.
Yet the first interpretation is not always the most accurate. Agreement is not necessarily commitment. Confidence is not necessarily competence. A familiar explanation is not necessarily the truth.
The Fierce Mirror is being developed to help people explore these distinctions through thoughtful, context-sensitive conversation.
